1. The promoter

The promoter is: X-TRON LIVE Limited of 2 Tolvers Loke, Reymerston, Norwich, NR9 4FF

2. The competition

2.1 The title of the competition is X-TRON LIVE Training League.

2.2 X-TRON LIVE Training League is the UK’s first LIVE Inter–Gym Fitness Competition. The X-TRON year is made up of three seasons, each season (competition), will be three months in duration. In each competition the promoter will set eight exercises for you to complete and input your best effort time or heaviest weight achieved. Multiple entries over the competition window are allowed. Work to make it into the top 15 of your age group to qualify for your FREE spot in the LIVE event, held every 3 months.

2.3 In addition, each entry into the competition will be eligible to be entered into a prize draw and will be eligible to receive the following benefits.

(a) Each entry will enter you into the prize draw to win the allocated prize, details of the prizes will be displayed on the website and X-TRON social media. Prize will be no less than £600.

3. How to enter

3.1 Entry into the competition will be via the registration page x-tronlive.com. Entry into the competition will be open for the full duration of each 3-month competition. Members are to familiarise themselves with the competition dates advertised on the website.

(a) pay the registration fee (“Fee”) which is £40 for ages 16 and over and £35 for ages 12 to 15. Find promotion codes on x-tronlive.com or X-TRON social media.

(b) Each competition will be open from 00:01 – 23:59 on the dates advertised. Entries before and after these times will not count.

3.2 Upon registration you will be given you own unique TRON ID number and TRON TAG which will be sent to you by post. You will then have the remaining competition window to input your personal best results. The exercises will consist of four muscular endurance exercises (12 Reps) and four cardiovascular exercises (timed).

(a) Members are to post their personal best attempts to the members social media, showing their TRON ID in the photo or video and tag X-TRON, proving the data you have inputted is legitimate.

(b) When completing cardiovascular exercises members are encouraged to show their heart rate.

(c) Gender categories are age group, male and female. You may only enter the gender category that you were born. Not complying with this will result in disqualification and no refund will be given.

3.3 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter for you to access the LIVE UK competition. Entries will be open for the duration of the 3-month window, dates can be found on the website.

3.4 The Promoter will not accept:

(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technology failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

3.5 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.8 Members are to be aware that you can be queried/reported if another member deems that fraudulent data has been inputted. This will be investigated by the promoter and a decision will be made. The promoter’s decision is final.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 12 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win as well as in general good health. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications).

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk.

(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with.

(d) photocopies and not originals.

(e) false or incomplete.

(f) not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.4 You must not use any false information or misrepresent the information of another person as applying to you. Anyone who uses false or misleading information or documents to gain entry to the competition will be disqualified from the competition and may be banned from participating in future competitions.

4.5 You must not input false data into the competition web site. Entering false data to elevate your league position will result in disqualification and may inhibit participating in future competitions.

4.6 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4.7 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

4.8 Competition entries cannot be returned or transferred.

5. The LIVE event

5.1 If you finish in the top 15 of your age group, you will be automatically selected to take part in the X-TRON LIVE event for free. If for any reason you do not want to be selected for your spot, roll down selections will be offered.

5.2 The top 15 from each age category will be selected at 23:59 on the last day of the competition. At this stage, the scores will be recorded and saved.

5.3 The live event qualifiers will be expected to hit around the times and weights set in the online challenges.

5.4 Cash prizes will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.

6. Qualifiers

6.1 The Promoter will contact the qualifiers/roll down slots personally as soon as practicable, at the end of each competition using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted.

6.2 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the qualifiers and, if applicable copies of their successful qualification, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the address set out above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date of the competition.

6.3 If you object to any or all your surname, county and qualification being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email protected] In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and qualifiers to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming the prize draw

7.1 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 14 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

7.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to accept the prize.

7.4 The prize draw will take place within one week of each closing competition.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 As is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering into the competition or taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8.2 You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Entry into the competition may be physically strenuous.

(b) Certain particular or series of exercises or activities may be unsuitable for you if you have special needs, or any medical, health or fitness problem or condition.

(c) Due to the remote nature of the competition, the Promoter does not undertake to and cannot attend, assist, or advise or arrange for or alert any third party to do so, if during your participation in the competition you fall ill or have an accident.

(d) you voluntarily participate in the competition with full knowledge that there is an inherent risk of personal injury or illness arising from your participation in any exercise, or activity and use of any equipment used by you.

(e) when you enter into the competition, and also when you participate in the competition, that will be your confirmation that you have no health or fitness problems (including, but not limited to cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; asthma or other breathing difficulty; diabetes; epilepsy or other allergy) which may affect your participation in that or any other competition;

(f) you will ensure that you are fit and well enough to participate in any competition that you enter, and that you will at all times be responsible for your own state of health, physical condition and wellbeing.

(g) if you have any concerns about your fitness or health, you will seek appropriate medical advice from Your GP, Physiotherapist or other relevant professional medical or other adviser before purchasing or participating in any competition, and.

(h) where necessary, you must obtain clearance from a relevant professional medical or other adviser before you book or participate in any competition. The Promoter cannot and do not provide any such advice or clearance.

9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

(a) All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

(b) By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

i. assign absolutely to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights held in the competition entry with full title guarantee; and

ii. waive absolutely all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

9.3 By submitting any evidence of your competition entry or any other reference to the competition on social media, you agree that the Promoted shall be entitled to use such material to promote the competition on its own social media.

10. Data protection and publicity

(a) The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in X-TRON’s Privacy Policy, see web site.

11. General

(a) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

(b) The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

(c) These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the UK.
